An article released by "3DownNation" ranked the Canadian Football League's top 20 leaders in career passing yards. Coming in a number 10 was Georgia Southern's Tracy Ham. Ham threw for 40,534 yards over the course of his 12-year career.

Ham proved that not only was his arm a threat to opposing defenses, but his ability to use his legs was just as deadly. Ham proved to be the ultimate dual threat quarterback as he ran for 8,043 yards. That tally marks his tenth all time and second among quarterbacks for the stat. He scored 264 touchdowns over his career and was a trailblazers for quarterbacks who could run and pass. At the time of his retirement, he held the record for most rushing yards by a quarterback in a single season with 1,096.

Ham's stats did not go to waste as he won 2 Grey Cups and was named MVP for one of them. He also won the CFL Most Outstanding Player Award in 1989.

Ham is now a member of the CFL, College Football. Georgia Southern, and Georgia Sports Halls of Fame. As a member of Georgia Southern, he helped lead the Eagles to a pair of Division 1-AA national championships.

He currently works with Georgia Southern as the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Administration.
