In response to Hurricane Helene's aftermath, Vyve Broadband is working tirelessly to restore service to customers across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. CEO Andy Parrott recently visited the hardest hit areas, including Lake Lure and Chimney Rock in North Carolina, Greenwood and Clemson in South Carolina, and Waycross and Statesboro in Georgia, where he witnessed the destruction and reaffirmed Vyve's commitment to recovery.

"We are incredibly proud of our employees, many of whom have been personally affected by the storm but continue to work around the clock to restore services," said Parrott. "Their resilience and dedication are nothing short of remarkable, and we are committed to supporting them and our customers through this challenging time."

Vyve Broadband's Recovery Actions:

  • Crews Working 24/7: Fiber line repairs and network restorations are being addressed continuously. Vyve crews are rotating to ensure work is being done around the clock.
  • Customer Prioritization: Customers whose power has been restored are urged to report any service disruptions. Vyve will prioritize these areas to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
  • Call Center and Service Support: Vyve's customer service teams are receiving a record number of calls. While hold times are longer than usual, the company is committed to helping every customer with patience and care.
