Acting on citizen complaints, officers from Statesboro Police Department’s Impact Team recently conducted an undercover operation at Lisa's Therapeutic Massage on Brannen Street in Statesboro.
The complaints alleged that staff members at the massage parlor were performing sexual acts in exchange for money under the guise of conducting massages. During the course of the undercover operation, officers developed probable cause to arrest two individuals at the business.
Jiaxiang Li (59 of a Ridgeland, SC address) was charged with a single count of performing a sexual act for money. The manager of the establishment, Chunying Hou (59, Statesboro), was also arrested on a single count of keeping a place of prostitution.
Both were transported to the Bulloch County Jail for processing.
