The GATAJam Country Music Festival is Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Beautiful Eagle Creek in Statesboro. Here's the line-up for the day:

Organizers say the event timing is subject to change, but the show will go on RAIN OR SHINE. Food will be available on-site, with alcohol available for attendees 21+. Coolers as well as outside food and beverage are not allowed. Please drink responsibly.

For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility.

RIDESHARE
TILLMAN ROAD, IN BETWEEN FAIR ROAD AND SOUTH MAIN STREET WILL BE CLOSED ALL DAY / NIGHT ON SATURDAY, AND WILL ONLY BE USED FOR RIDESHARE DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP. YOU MUST ENTER FROM THE SOUTH MAIN STREET SIDE OF TILLMAN ROAD AND EXIT TILLMAN RD BY TURNING RIGHT ON TO FAIR RD (AS IT WILL BE ONE WAY ONLY).
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
ENTRY DETAILS:
- The only area VIP ticket buyers can enter the event is right next to the Historic Eagle Creek Bridge. (SEE SITE MAP BELOW)
- GA & PIT purchasers can enter from the Tillman Rd side of the property closest to the South Main Street side of the property or at the back of practice fields next to the trail that runs next to the JI Clements baseball field
- GATA Jam is a CASHLESS event
- GATA Jam will go on rain or shine! If there is rain in the forecast, BYOP (Bring Your Own Poncho)!
- Chairs / Blankets will be allowed in GA ONLY. Chairs MUST be taken out of any kind of carrying bag (only bagless chairs will be permitted)!
- NO chairs / blankets in VIP / PIT (limited seating will be provided in VIP)
- GATA Jam has a Clear Bag Policy (please see below)
- STROLLERS: NO Strollers with pockets (basic strollers allowed with children)
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Coolers, camping, outside food and drinks, including alcohol, firearms, weapons of any kind, knives, including pocket knives, glass containers, drugs and drug paraphernalia, spray paint, markers, sharpies, tents of any kind, laser pointers, flags, flag poles, wagons or wheeled carts, umbrellas, professional cameras or video/audio equipment, pets (service animals must have proper identification), fireworks, explosives, bags of any kind (except those listed on allowed item list), backpacks, fanny packs, purses, any item deemed inappropriate by event staff.

CLEAR BAG POLICY:
All bags must be clear. For the safety of our patrons, our security team will only allow clear bags into the event.
Approved Bags:
- Small clutch bags, do not exceed 5.5" x 8.5"
- Bags that are clear, do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
- One gallon clear plastic bag
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase. Alcohol will be available for sale to those 21+ with a valid I.D.

TRAFFIC FLOW AND PARKING:
ROAD CLOSURE / RIDESHARE INFO:
- Tillman Rd, from Fair Rd to South Main St will be closed to thru traffic Saturday from Midnight to Midnight and will be used as a rideshare drop off / pickup area; it will be one way for drop off and pick up traffic
- IF BEING DROPPED OFF ON TILLMAN RD AT RIDESHARE DROP OFF YOU MUST ENTER FROM THE SOUTH MAIN STREET SIDE OF TILLMAN RD; CARS WILL ENTER ON SOUTH MAIN ST SIDE AND EXIT ON FAIR RD SIDE (SAME PROCEDURE FOR PICKUP AFTER THE EVENT)
- We encourage anyone that can be dropped off at the venue, or those that can carpool / ride together to do so to cut down on the numbers of vehicles and traffic in the area
PARKING INFO:
- Platinum Lot (Lot #12) > Enter in front of Parrish
- Lot #21 Lot (Russel Union) > Enter from the Chandler Rd entrance to Russell Union
- Veazey / Lewis Lot > Enter from the Forest Drive entrance
- After all of the Georgia Southern Athletic events have concluded on Saturday, there MAY be drive up availability for parking in Lot #11 and Lot #13, however, this is NOT guaranteed and parking spots will be limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- In addition to the GATA Jam paid parking lots, the remainder of parking lots on campus will be FREE parking. We encourage you to use Lot #41 and Lot #42 and enter campus from the RAC or South Main Street sides.
- If you are in a paid parking lot PLEASE have your parking pass pulled up and ready to be scanned when you enter your paid lot
- When parking, PLEASE LOCK your doors and do not leave valuables in your vehicles (we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items)
- IF YOU DRIVE, DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE; GSU WILL NOT TOW ANY VEHICLES OR TICKET ANYONE ON CAMPUS AFTER THE EVENT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING AT 8AM — PLEASE BE SAFE, WE WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT YEAR!
