Nick Newkirk has defeated incumbent County Commission Jappy Stringer to win the Republican primary runoff for Bulloch County Commissioner 2C.
Newkirk will now take on Len Fatica (D) in November. The winner of that election will move on to serve as 2C Commissioner.
