Ferst Readers is on a mission to strengthen the community by providing quality books and literacy resources for local communities.
Since 2013, Ferst Readers has provided over 76,800 age-appropriate, free books and literacy resources to children in our community.
Made possible through the generosity of individual donors, Bulloch County teachers and the support of the United Way of Southeast Georgia, the new fundraising campaign focuses on local businesses.

Levels of literacy sponsorship:
- Become a Business Sponsor at the Friend of Ferst Level for $72.00 (adopts 2 readers).
- Bronze Level for $180.00 (adopts 5 readers).
- The Silver Level for $360.00 (adopts 10 readers)
- The Gold Level (adopts 15 readers) for $540.00.
Business sponsorship benefits include :
- Donor spotlight in the Leap Into Books parent newsletter (mailed to 700 homes)
- Your logo featured on our social media accounts
- Recognition at fundraising events, and signage for your establishment

Your tax-deductible donation stays in Bulloch County and supports only Bulloch County children.
