South Georgia Tormenta FC will host an open tryout for the 2025 USL League One season on Saturday, January 25. Head Coach Ian Cameron will lead the search for new talent to build a championship-caliber roster as the team seeks its second trophy.
The tryout will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Tormenta FC Training Ground in Statesboro, Georgia, and will include two sessions. Select players will be invited to participate in the afternoon scrimmage session, which will start at 2:30 p.m. Registration for the tryout is $100 and is open to athletes age 16 and older.
Tormenta FC will kick off its seventh season of professional play with a home opener on Saturday, March 8, against the Richmond Kickers at Tormenta Stadium. The club will continue its early home stretch versus newcomers AV Alta FC on March 15, and reigning champions Union Omaha on March 29.
