The Statesboro Chapter of AMBUCS is excited to announce the upcoming "Stars for Trykes" event, a heartwarming, family-friendly talent show celebrating individuals with different abilities. The event is scheduled for February 28, 2025, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Connection Church in Statesboro.
"Stars for Trykes" aims to raise funds for Statesboro AMBUCS, a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing adaptive bikes, known as Amtrykes, to children and adults unable to ride traditional bicycles. These adaptive bikes, which can range in price from $1,000 to $2,000, are provided at no cost to families through the organization's fundraising efforts.
Participants in the talent show will be paired with buddies to assist in showcasing their unique talents, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all involved. The event promises to be an inspiring evening, highlighting the diverse abilities within our community.
