Bulloch County is currently experiencing extended heavy rain that will prevent bus travel on certain roads.
Schools will continue a normal schedule on Thursday, Nov. 7. Families are asked to be alert for any messages from their middle or high schools as to any changes to athletic schedules.
In cases of weather events like this, the school district encourages parents and its schools to be patient and flexible with alternate bus routes, absences, and tardies.
The school district's Transportation Help Desk at www.bullochschools.org/bus has a list of current roads that are closed to bus travel. It will be updated as needed. The Transportation Help Desk is also helpful for any bus questions or concerns.
