The CASA Superhero Run is a critical fundraiser for CASA Ogeechee, a program of Child Advocacy Services SEGA Inc. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers are everyday citizens who step up to represent the best interests of children in foster care, ensuring that they have a voice in court and that their needs are met while in the system. Proceeds from the Superhero Run will help fund training and support for our CASA volunteers, who make a lasting difference in the lives of children.

“We’re counting down the days to this year’s Superhero Run,” said Kristen Kramer, Director of Business Operations. “It’s always incredible to see so many community members, dressed as their favorite superheroes, coming together to support children in foster care. The funds raised will have a direct impact on our CASA program, helping us continue to advocate for vulnerable children. This year our goal is $20,000 which is equivalent to providing 20 children in foster care a CASA Volunteer for the entire year.”
