Founded in the Lamplighter Room at the Statesboro Howard Johnson in 1973, the Statesboro Service League is celebrating 50 years of service and sisterhood in the Statesboro community.

The Therapy SPOT Statesboro is bringing fun, mobility, and independence to local children with mobility challenges through the Amtryke adaptive bike. Read on to hear about how they have now provided 15 local children with this life-changing gift!

"God always provides, in every need and challenge.  The timing of this food drop, lifted my spirit proving that with God there is always a way.  HE will send even a stranger to give you light in your darkest moments.  Look at all this light!," said Marsha Fulton upon receiving Feed the Boro's 1.5 millionth meal.

Several months ago, we introduced you to Chianti Grant-Culver and the amazing legacy she's helping to create for local educators. Now, we're sharing about a recent project she and her department spearheaded and how it's helping our local student teachers to thrive.

On Saturday, January 28, 2023, Bulloch Academy hosted its annual BA Lifetime Legacies Ball at the Nessmith-Lane Building. The 2023 Ball raised an impressive $148,000 for the school.

Statesboro resident, Georgia Southern alum, and STEM education fan Mark Fuller visited the Statesboro-Bulloch County Library with his son one day not long ago and noticed that their 3D printer in the lobby was not working.

The sale raised $61,000 to support community projects throughout the year
