For 13 years, Altrusa has partnered with Frazier’s Flowers on Valentine’s Day for their biggest fundraiser of the year. Altrusa members make hundreds of flower deliveries and keep a portion of the proceeds. All funds raised go towards their literacy initiatives in Statesboro.

Stars for Trykes is the first major fundraiser for the Statesboro AMBUCS and will feature performances by participants of different abilities paired with Georgia Southern athletes. Members of the Statesboro Fire Department will also be in attendance as honored guests. The civic organization provides specially crafted and equipped bikes for people of all abilities.

Galactic Comics & Games has been a cornerstone of Statesboro’s gaming community for decades, evolving from a small comic shop into a thriving hub for hobbyists, with owner Bryan Burk fostering a welcoming space, including for the rising Disney card game, Lorcana.
