Car lovers around the world show off their impressive vehicles at different locations, and J.C. Lewis Statesboro was excited to showcase one such event. On Saturday, Dec. 10, The Rolling Stangs of Statesboro hosted their second Cars & Coffee event at the dealership.
The Rolling Stangs of Statesboro is a local Mustang car club that hosts gatherings of these exotic, muscle, classic, and motorcycle vehicles.
"Any type of car, you can bring it, we would love to have them here. We provide coffee and they sell small foods," said Walker Tedders, certified sales consultant at J.C. Lewis. "Everyone's peeking in each other's car to seeing the cool stuff about each one."
Alex Miller, head sales consultant at J.C. Lewis, says that the dealership is looking for this event to be even bigger and better in the future. It's also a win-win for the dealership, of course.
"It will help the community see something going on, and they would pull into the dealership and look at the inventory and see something that they want to buy," Miller said.
In fact, J.C. Lewis sold two cars to spectators that attended the event last Saturday.
Tedder says that this popular event will continue next year every second Saturday. He notes that they are looking to expand Cars and Coffee to get more of a community presence and to encourage more vendors to set up there also.
J.C. Lewis Ford Statesboro will have their next Cars & Coffee event on January 14, 2023, from 8am-11am. All makes and models are welcomed! Check out Tedders's YouTube Channel here and video from a previous Cars & Coffee here.
