Bulloch Solutions brought together their members on Friday, May 28 to celebrate a banner year for the company. Hundreds of Bulloch Solutions customers/members joined the Bulloch Solutions Board of Directors and team members for the companies Annual Meeting. The meeting was held at Connection Church.
Every Bulloch Solutions customer/member who attended received a $25 credit on their bill and were also eligible for prizes.
The grand prize of $500 in cash was given to Bulloch Solutions customer/member John Sawinski.
W.H. “Bill” Smith, III, Bulloch Solutions President shared with members that this past year, Bulloch Telephone returned over two million dollars back to their customers and built a new customer experience center on Buckhead Drive.
“The pandemic has proven the need for quality broadband is a must. With the majority of people working and schooling from home, our all-fiber network worked exactly as we had hoped. We handled the increased demand with no issues. While other providers scrambled to add bandwidth, improve network elements, and deploy more fiber optic facilities, we were able to concentrate on filling orders for broadband upgrades, assisting customers with Wi-Fi solutions, and converting many traditional telephone systems to voice over IP systems (VOIP) to allow portability of service to anywhere with an internet connection,” said John Scott, GM/CEO Bulloch Solutions.
“In cooperation with the Blue Mile Committee, the Chamber, City of Statesboro, Statesboro Herald, Grice Connect, and several other business partners we deployed free Wi-Fi hotspots throughout the community to give broadband access to those that may not have access otherwise. We worked record numbers of installs and added more members than any previous year!”
