According to Bulloch County EMA and Public Safety Director Ted Wynn, potential Tropical Cyclone 9 we has about a 90% probability of developing into a tropical storm with the name of “Isaias”. (That would be pronounced “E sigh E as” which is the Spanish translation – thanks David McClendon)
Currently maximum sustained winds are 45 mph and it is moving WNW at 18 mph.
