Training

Campbell says Ecoplastic is committed to building a team and then training them to perform at their highest potential.

"Our team is buzzing with fresh leadership insights after an incredible experience at Georgia Southern University's inaugural CPE Leadership Conference," according to Campbell, "We were blown away by the dynamic discussions on talent retention, diversity, effective communication, boosting morale, and optimizing performance." The conference featured presentations from Dr. Brent Stubbs, Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America, and Justin Farquhar, Vice President of Workforce Savannah Economic Development Authority, as well as Ecoplastic America's Sabrina Vasher, who shared her expertise alongside Jamie Calloway, HR Manager for Ajin-Joon of Georgia, in an insightful panel discussion on HR dynamics in Korean-owned Tier 1 Hyundai supplier companies in South Georgia.

"With so many actionable takeaways, our team members are eager to implement these strategies to strengthen our workforce, foster a positive culture, and drive innovation," says Campbell.

The Ecoplastic team has also completed a specialized robotics paint operations training by Sames, as well as safety training by Georgia Quick Start.

“We firmly believe that true innovation stems from collaborative efforts with industry leaders like Sames and Hyundai,” Campbell shared, “Together, we are shaping the future and driving meaningful change in our respective fields.”

Creating a collaborative, safety-conscious, and engaged team continues to be a top priority for the company, which prides itself of having a positive work culture, according to an interview with their Senior Manager of Paint Operations, Maurice Williams, earlier this year and an update from Ecoplastic America CEO, Thomas Kim
