With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen Thompson, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who went to be with her Lord and Savior, surrounded by her loving family.
Kathleen was the cherished wife of Bobby Thompson. She was a loving mother to Pam Linares (Nelson) and Jerome Roberts. Kathleen was a proud grandmother to Brittany Strozzo (Caleb) and James Tyrone Thompson Jr. (Robin). She was blessed with great-grandchildren, including Madison and Taylor Thompson, and many other beloved great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her dear sister, Willie Dean Kidwell (Abe), numerous loved nieces, nephews, and her beloved dog, Daisy.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Roscoe and Mattie Lindsey, her brother Claxton Lindsey, and her son James Tyrone Thompson Sr.
Kathleen's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered their support and condolences during this difficult time. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her. We take comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 30th at 2:00pm at Bulloch Memorial Gardens.
