Tysinger completes FROG Week at UNG

The University of North Georgia welcomed its 220 newest cadets with a challenging and informative Freshman Recruit Orientation Group (FROG) Week from August 4-10, marking the beginning of their journey in the Corps of Cadets. Statesboro's Jay Tysinger is among the new cadets.

The University of North Georgia's (UNG) 220 newest cadets began their time in the Corps of Cadets with Freshman Recruit Orientation Group (FROG) Week from Aug. 4-10.

The week mixed physical challenges with an array of workshops about available services and how to succeed as a cadet and a student.

Jay Tysinger of Statesboro was one of the freshmen to complete FROG Week. He is the son of Drs. Jeff and Dawn Tysinger.
