The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission, forging strong relationships with local businesses, agencies, and organizations. You’ll help them reach their target audiences through creative and impactful advertising solutions across Grice Connect’s channels.
This role is a perfect fit for a motivated self-starter who thrives on building connections, exceeding goals, and making a tangible impact.
What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and manage revenue-generating relationships with clients and agencies.
- Prospect for new business opportunities using innovative sales techniques.
- Analyze client marketing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their campaigns are executed flawlessly.
- Work collaboratively with our supportive team to drive success.
- Use digital tools to present sales opportunities and campaign insights effectively.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a resourceful professional with:
- A proven track record in local media sales or account management.
- At least two years of experience in media sales, account management, or buying.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a willingness to learn.

Working Hours and Travel
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Travel to meet clients at their businesses is required, so a valid driver’s license and good driving record are essential.
