Parker Resources released the GHSA Class 3A Coaches of the year and a few Yellow Jackets showed up on the list. The SEB football team continue to be given their flowers for their deep playoff run. This time, it is the coaches that are being shouted out.
Anthony Hammett and Brandon Peterson were named as Assistant Coaches of the year. They were an extension of Head Coach Jared Zito on the sidelines and in preparation for the games.
Jason Anthony was recognized as one of the best defensive coordinators in the state. The stifling Yellow Jacket defense played a huge part in their run to the Elite 8.
Randy Lee was selected as on of the Special Teams coaches of the year. SEB preached execution on all 3 phases of the game including special teams. Coach Lee made sure his guys were locked in and ready each game.
