Trinity Episcopal in Statesboro is planning a blood drive for April 9.

Trinity Episcopal Church will host a community blood drive with the American Red Cross on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 10:00am to 2:00pm in the Parish Hall at Trinity Episcopal.

For more information or to make an appointment to donate, call (912) 489-4208, (912)585-7048 or sign up online at redcrossblood.org.

Blood is a perishable product that can only come from volunteer blood donors. With someone in the U.S. needing blood every two seconds, blood products must be constantly replenished, according to the Red Cross.

The community is invited to donate blood and help ensure that patients in local hospitals
have a supply of blood ready and waiting before an emergency occurs.

According to the Red Cross, donors with all blood types are needed, especially those with types O negative, A negative, and B negative.

Trinity Episcopal Church is committed to serving the needs of our local community.

Partnering with the Red Cross through hosting this blood drive is one of the many ways we are strengthening our community outreach and impact.
