Early Bird registration is now open for the Averritt Center summer camps. Those that sign up for the camps now will receive $25 off of their selected camp. The final day to take advantage of the Early Bird special is May 23rd, 10 days before camp starts.
This year, the Averitt Center has over 35 themed camps for kids and teens in visual arts, dance, and theater. The new Youth Theater Program Director, Joni Mock, will also be joining in on the summer fun by teaching two brand new theater camps titled, "Intro to Storytelling" and "Theater in Stages".
Half-day camps are 3 hours per day from 9am-12pm or 1-4pm, and tuition is $125 ($100 for members). Full-day camps are 6 hours per day from 9am-3pm, and tuition is $175 ($150 members).
