The Statesboro-Bulloch County Library is bringing the magic of the holiday season to the streets of downtown with their Holiday StoryWalk. The featured book is "Penguin Huddle" by Ross Montgomery and Sarah Warburton, a charming tale of friendship and community building.

The StoryWalk is a unique outdoor reading experience where the pages of a children's book are displayed at various locations along a designated walking path. Each stop on the walk will show you the next pages of the book.

Starting at The Flowergirl, located at 25 S Main St., readers young and old can embark on a delightful walk through downtown to read the featured story page by page. There are 23 total stops -- including one at Grice Connect headquarters!

The Statesboro Public Library Teen Advisory Group put together this holiday StoryWalk, inviting the community to enjoy the festive spirit and the joy of reading outdoors. To share the experience, participants are encouraged to send photos of themselves enjoying the StoryWalk to [email protected]. The library will then feature these photos on their social media channels.

So when the holiday break boredom sets in (or you just need to get some festive energy out!), head downtown to experience the magic of the Holiday StoryWalk.
