Local DAR chapter preserves history with book donation

The Archibald Bulloch Chapter NSDAR has honored four late members by donating a copy of "Historic Rural Churches of Georgia" to the Statesboro-Bulloch County Library.

The Archibald Bulloch Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) recently honored the memory of four cherished members by gifting the community a valuable historical resource. The chapter presented the stunning, award-winning book "Historic Rural Churches of Georgia" to the Statesboro-Bulloch County Regional Library.

Jennie Morgan, Meg Skinner, Betty Merck, and Julie Miller, whose passing in 2024 left a void in the hearts of many, were dedicated members of the NSDAR. The book, a testament to their passion for history and community, will now be accessible to the public, inspiring future generations.
