Keep Statesboro-Bulloch Beautiful and Ogeechee Riverkeeper held the last clean up of the year at Little Lott's Creek on Saturday, November 16, 2024. The event supported the Rivers Alive Program as outlined by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division.

Saturday morning volunteers suited up in waders and jumped into the creek to scour for trash. The waterway, located off the intersection of Zetterower Avenue and Fair Road, is a prime spot for debris to collect.

Trash collected in the creek was then separated in piles and recorded for data collection.
