The Averitt Center for the Arts in downtown Statesboro is offering a special Valentine's Day giveaway that you and your valentine will cherish for years to come!
Enjoy an evening out to the beloved historic theater's intriguing, heart-pounding murder mystery performance of "A Murder is Announced", and then dine out at one of Statesboro's newest mouthwatering steakhouses.
Through February 9th, you can enter to win one of 2 special Dinner & Show packages for you and your date to enjoy. Winners will be drawn and posted on February 10th before 4pm.
Package includes:
One (1) $25 dollar Texas Roadhouse Gift card and two (2) free tickets to the Averitt's production of "A Murder is Announced". (Winners may select the show dates and seat selection.)
The Averitt Center will hold this contest on both its social media pages, so you have two chances to win. One winner will be drawn from entries from Facebook and one from Instagram. One entry per person. See below for info on how to enter!
HOW TO ENTER: Go to either Facebook or Instagram, search for our page @Averitt Center, find the contest post (same photo as above) and then follow these instructions:
- Like the post
- Follow our page on whichever social media platform you choose. (If you go to Facebook, follow us on Facebook. If you go to Instagram, follow our page there.)
- Tag your date/friend date in the comments of the contest post.

- You may enter both giveaways, however, there can only be one winner per contest, no duplicate winners, sorry!
- To enter both giveaways, you must like, follow, and tag BOTH posts.
- Prizes are not exchangeable. They also cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or tickets.
