Within the past 6 months, Investigators with the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office Crime Suppression Team began investigating complaints involving Tracy Deloach distributing large amounts of Methamphetamine, according to a press release from the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office.
On July 13, 2021, Bulloch County Sheriff Investigators, along with the Sheriff's Office K-9 unit were able to serve a search warrant at Deloach's residence where more than 7 ounces of Methamphetamine were recovered along with drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
As a result of this investigation the following individuals were arrested at Deloach's residence and remain in the Bulloch County Jail without bond:
Tracy Deloach
- Charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine.
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession and use of a drug related object
Walton Bunch
- Charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine
- Possession and use of a drug related object
- Probation Violation
Amanda Lingerfelt
- Charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine
- Possession of a schedule Il-controlled substance
- Possession and use of a drug related object
Joe Brown
- Charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession and use of a drug related object
Unrelated CST Arrest
In an unrelated incident, on July 14, 2021, after a months' long investigation, Investigators with the Bulloch County Crime Suppression Team and K-9 unit served a search warrant at Brandie Dowd's residence on Horsefly Road in Portal, Georgia.
During the search, approximately 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine were recovered from the residence along with a trafficking amount of Heroin and a stolen firearm. Dowd was arrested a short time later and she remains in the Bulloch County Jail without bond.
