When most people attend the Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair or the Kiwanis Rodeo they are simply looking for a fun night out with the family.  They probably don't realize the impact they are making simply by attending these events and supporting the Kiwanis Club of Statesboro.

On Thursday, May 25, 2023, 25 area high school graduates and their families got a first hand look at the impact attendance and support of the fair and rodeo makes.  Each of them were presented with $2,000 scholarships to continue their education through the Kiwanis Memorial Scholarship fund.

The students and their parents were invited to attend the Thursday, lunch meeting of the club where they were presented with the scholarships.
