Great American Cleanup
Event is April 23, 2022.

Keep Statesboro Bulloch Beautiful (KSBB) is ready to join the Great American Cleanup and clean up the Boro on April 23rd! The cleanup event begins at 9:00 a.m. and the starting location will be at the Statesboro High School. All organizations, groups, and individuals of Statesboro can come out and help clean up litter in designated zones around the city.

The Great American Cleanup is one of the nation’s largest community improvement programs that Keep American Beautiful annually sponsors. Nearly 15,000 communities in the United States participate every year.

Groups, individuals, and families are encouraged to stop by the starting location to register and pick up a packet of supplies – complete with gloves, a vest, trash bags, litter pickers, and a map of a designated right-of-way – to pick up litter. Once volunteers pick up their supplies, they will be instructed to head to their designated location. The Parking lot of Statesboro High School is also the perfect location for organized groups to come and group up before heading out together!

The address of Statesboro High School is 10 Coach Lee Hill Blvd, Statesboro, GA, 30458. The cleanup will begin at 9:00 a.m. and last until 1:00 p.m. Volunteers can come back to the starting location after they’re done to drop off supplies and receive food and drinks (while supplies last). This event would not be possible without our community donors and sponsorships!
