After COVID-19 delays, the Bulloch Council of Garden Clubs will present their biennial flower show, “Blooming in the Boro” this Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23, 2022.

The flower show has four divisions, which consists of 24 adult designs, lots of adult horticulture, an educational exhibit, youth design and horticulture.

The flower show will be judged by accredited National Garden Club judges to give awards.

This season’s raffle features a 16″x20″ framed original watercolor painting of the Georgia Southern Botanic Gardens by local artist Lori Hurlebaus, a Bulloch Council member and Statesboro Regional Art Association member that will close the show.

Raffle tickets are $5 each and can be purchased at the show.

The event is open to the public at Visit Statesboro, 222 South Main Street April 22 and 23. Admission is free.
