The Downtown Statesboro Development Authority are making plans for the downtown Christmas Holiday Celebration and December First Friday event. The downtown Christmas Holiday Celebration will take place on Friday, December 3rd from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm on East Main Street in Downtown Statesboro.
The goal is to provide a place to sell your products, at a family friendly community gathering, which promotes healthful living to our residents and visitors and helps stimulates our downtown economy.
DSDA is looking for golf cart parade entries:
Golf Carts and walkers will line up on West Main St behind Bull & Barrel and close to Vandy's around 4:30 (you can add decorations). This will be the parking area for entries (trailers).
The route will go from W Main traveling East across Main and Main to the RR tracks. You will turn right on RR St after the Fab Lab and loop around on Vine St traveling back across Main St so you can park back where your car is. The parade will begin around 5:30

Think you’ve got the best Chili in the Boro? Here’s your chance to prove it! Join DSDA in Chili Town on December 3rd at the Downtown Statesboro Holiday Celebration. It’s FREE to enter and registration is easy. Forms can be emailed to [email protected], dropped off at the Visit Statesboro office at 222 S. Main Street, OR mailed to PO Box 1516, Statesboro GA, 30459.

Have a business you'd like to promote or a product you would like to sell:
Vendor Spaces are $50.
A space can vary from a sidewalk table up to a parking lot space (approximately 10 x 10) and will be assigned. The application must be turned in at least 7 days prior to the Holiday Celebration. All Vendors can set up at 3:00 must be ready 5:00 p.m. and are responsible for bringing their own tables, signs, chairs, tents, extension cords. For pedestrian safety tear down is available after 8:00 p.m.
