Statesboro Service League, a non-profit organization located in Bulloch County, will host its annual fundraiser event, The Attic Sale, with two separate events this year.

New this year to the event will be an online auction component where community members will be able to bid on items through southauction.com. The online auction ends Wednesday, November 3 at 7 pm.

The traditional, in person Attic Sale will be held on Saturday, November 6th starting at 7AM.

Attic Sale items

The Attic Sale is the only fundraiser the League hosts each year, and funds raised are invested right back into our community through various projects and nonprofit assistance and support.

“We are thrilled to be able to host the Attic Sale this year after missing last year due to Covid,” said Lauren Ross, President of Statesboro Service League. “The Attic Sale is our only fundraiser and every dollar that we raise is invested directly back into our community through various projects we support. This event allows us to financially contribute to different groups and organizations who need our help, so we hope that you all will join us this year as we have some fantastic items and can not wait to see everyone again!”

Bid now online

The online auction is now open and ends at 7 pm on Wednesday, November 3.

Bid now by clicking here or by going to www.southauction.com, and selecting the SSL logo.

You will need to create an online account with South Auction to place a bid.  Winning bidders will be available for pick up at the Kiwanis FairGrounds on Thursday, Nov 4 or Friday, Nov 5th only.

The Statesboro Service League is extremely thankful for our presenting sponsor Whitfield Sign Co.

It is with their generous support that the Statesboro Service League is able to hold such a fantastic event and use the proceeds to help serve our community.

"We missed our patrons last year and are thrilled to see all of you again on November 6th," said Anna Durden Attic Sale Chair. “We are also grateful to partner with South Auction in the online component of Attic Sale. This is a new and exciting way to shop with us and benefit our community."

Attic Sale begins at 7 AM Saturday, November 6th

On Saturday, November 6th starting at 7AM, the community is invited to the annual in person Attic Sale at the Kiwanis FairGrounds. This event brings hundreds of community members looking for great bargains on gently used home decor, outdoor play items, toys, furniture, clothing, holiday decorating, electronics and much more.

Admission is $5 to enter the sale and all proceeds will be donated to the various nonprofit organizations that serve our community including Safe Haven, Fostering Bulloch, Gateway Girls, Community Wellness Programs, Youth Sight and Hearing, and various other organizations  throughout the year.

“Everyday, the members of Statesboro Service League volunteer  to help our community and all that live here. The money raised from the Attic Sale is how we are able to help so many financially, while also offering experiences for children to help them grow and achieve their dreams,”  said Kimberly Neville, 2021 Attic Sale Co-Chair. “We look forward to a great sale this year and thank you in advance for your support.”
