Jane Vaden Thacher, Vaden Automotive President presented a $5,375 check to the Humane Society of Statesboro on behalf of Vaden Nissan Statesboro. The presentation was made in the dealership showroom and was attended by Humane Society of Statesboro members, Statesboro-Bulloch Chamber of Commerce and Vaden Automotive Leadership.
“We are so pleased to align in support of HSSBC with this funding. It’s important to note that this donation is a direct result of the most nominated local organization during our Home of the Charity Option campaign which was in-market from mid-September 2018 through the end of December 2018. The commitment to donate $25 for every vehicle sold during the campaign, in this case 215 total, was well-received by our customers,” said Thacher. “So often we align in support of worthy organizations by Vaden’s choosing, but in this case, to know we are doing exactly what our customers in the Statesboro region prefer, it’s exceptionally meaningful.”
Vaden Automotive is one of the largest woman-owned automotive dealership groups in the United States. With over 600 employees, Vaden sold 11,100 vehicles annually and reported nearly $405 million in total sales in 2018.
