The Georgia Southern Swimming & Diving team earned CSCAA Scholar All-American Team honors after earning a team GPA of 3.43 for the Fall 2023 semester.
"While chasing their dreams, ladies of Georgia Southern Swimming & Diving continue to inspire in the classroom, pool, and beyond," Georgia Southern swimming and diving head coach Allyson Sweeney said.
In addition to Georgia Southern's accomplishments, the Sun Belt Conference boasts having 100% of its member institutions placed on the team, with James Madison, Marshall, and Old Dominion all named to the CSCAA Scholar All-American team.
The CSCAA selected 783 teams to the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2023 semester that represent 461 institutions. These teams, representing a total of 18,716 student-athletes, were chosen based on their outstanding academic performance during the specified semester.
