Matthew H. Lovett & Son’s Funeral Home announces the passing of Mr. Ulysses “Biya” Armstrong, age 68 of Statesboro. Mr. Armstrong passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, GA following a brief illness.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later.
