Mr. Curtis Ray Milton, age 52, departed this life, Sunday, July 23, 2023, at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center.
He was born and reared in Irvington, New Jersey and attended elementary and middle school in the New Jersey School System. He was a graduate of Arts High for Performing Arts.
Curtis furthered his education by attending Rutgers University, where he majored in business administration and had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain.
Curtis received his bachelor’s degree in computer science. He was a Senior Computer Programmer. His career path included working for Verizon, AT&T, Continental Airlines, Florida Virtual School System and Good Rx.
Curtis loved to travel. One of his favorite locations while traveling was Disney World with his family. He also had the opportunity to visit several different countries with his sister. He loved the Arts, and he loved music and enjoyed playing the violin.
Curtis was baptized at the age of 15 as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. His love for the brotherhood inspired him to help at the Kingdom Hall and Assembly Halls, helping to build and maintain.
Preceding him in death was his father-Eddie Milton, Jr., his brother-Eric R. Milton, his sister-Paula A. Milton, and both sets of grandparents.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his loving mother, Eva L. Milton, Statesboro, GA, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who all loved him dearly.
A walk-through visitation will be held, 5 pm to 7 pm, Friday, July 28, 2023, at Hill’s Mortuary, Inc.
The funeral service for Mr. Curtis Ray Milton, will be held, 11 am, Saturday, July 29, 2023, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Wittiness. The burial will be held at Magnolia Memorial Gardens 5532 Silk Hope Rd, Savannah, GA 31405
