Mr. Antonio Marquail Stevens, age 34, entered rest, Thursday, February 29, 2024, at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center.
The native of Statesboro received his formal education in the Bulloch County School System and was a 2008 honor graduate of the Statesboro High School.
He furthered his education by attending Argosy University College of Art and Science where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. He received an award from the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Antonio was hardworking and loved spending time with his niece and nephews as well as playing video games, baking and being with his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Stanley Boatwright and Beatrice Boatwright; his grandmother, Barbara Boatwright; his sisters, Whitney Varner (Randy), McDonough, GA and Brittney Fields, Statesboro, GA; his brother, Brandon Boatwright, Atlanta, GA; additional brothers, and sisters; a niece, nephews, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A viewing for Mr. Stevens will be held Friday, March 8, 2024, at Hill’s Mortuary, Inc.
The funeral service for Mr. Antonio M. Stevens will be held at 11 am on Saturday, March 9. 2024, at Hill’s Mortuary, Inc. with the Rev. James C. Canty, officiating. Burial will follow in the Eastside Cemetery.
Final rites have been entrusted to Hill's Mortuary, Inc.
