Zeta Tau Alpha’s Zeta Xi chapter at Georgia Southern University and the Zeta Tau Alpha Statesboro Alumnae chapter will host their first annual Day of Service on Saturday, March 29. Members will engage in various volunteer activities across the Statesboro community as part of the sorority’s commitment to service and philanthropy.
Throughout the day, Zeta Tau Alpha sisters will volunteer at multiple locations, including Esther’s Place, The Humane Society, various nursing homes, and more. The event is designed to strengthen community ties and make a meaningful impact on local organizations in need.
“Our chapter is thrilled to launch this new tradition of service,” said Summer Adams, ZTA’s Community Service Chair. “Giving back to our community aligns with our values and allows us to show gratitude to the city that supports us.”
Zeta Tau Alpha encourages the Statesboro community to support local volunteer initiatives.

Since its founding, Zeta Tau Alpha has embraced the belief that true sisterhood extends beyond its members and into the communities they serve. The Day of Service is a reflection of the sorority’s mission: to foster leadership, enrich lives, and promote the nobility of serving others.
