The University of Georgia Institute of Gerontology's Cognitive Aging Research and Education (CARE) Center and Piedmont Healthcare will present "Dementia Topics in Primary Care," a comprehensive educational conference for healthcare professionals.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center Education Room in Statesboro, Georgia.
This conference aims to provide essential knowledge and skills to physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and psychologists in the screening, diagnosis, and long-term follow-up of dementia. Participants can earn 6.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, 6.5 ACPE Credits, 6.5 ANCC Credits, 6.5 ASWB ACE Credits, and 6.5 IPCE Credits. The conference is offered free of charge.
