Donya is poised to enhance the resident experience and support our mission of providing exceptional independent living options for seniors. She has held various roles which emphasize resident engagement, community building, and personalized care, and has experience in daily operations from property management, staffing, and marketing. Donya is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel valued and supported.
As the Cottage Coordinator, Donya will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing engaging programs and activities for residents, building strong relationships with residents and their families to ensure a high level of satisfaction and quality of life, and coordinating with staff to provide exceptional service and support to our community.

About The Cottages at Willow Pond
The Cottages at Willow Pond have been designed to offer a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community for seniors 62 years of age and older seeking a vibrant, maintenance-free independent lifestyle. Each cottage features modern amenities of spacious living areas and beautiful surroundings, ensuring residents can enjoy a high quality of life in a supportive and engaging environment.
The 32 single-story 1200 square feet private cottage includes a 2 bed/2 bath floor plan with modern amenities of a front porch with two rocking chairs, screened-in back porch, attic space with structural attic stairs, enclosed single car garage, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite kitchen countertops, full-size washer and dryer, spacious bedrooms, and elegant bathrooms which include a master walk-in shower.
The independent living community will have beautifully landscaped yards, green-space, walking paths, and a waterfront community center, The Pond House, for social dining experiences, events, activities, and workout equipment, and paved streets with street lamps with video surveillance offering peace of mind.
Services we offer our residents include bi-weekly housekeeping, as-needed maintenance, monthly landscaping, pest control, utilities including Wi-Fi, and trash service, and a daily meal with the option of up to 3 daily meals. Residents will also have access to a 24-hour emergency response system.
The Cottages at Willow Pond are now leasing for Fall 2024!
