Drinks for a Claus
The Statesboro Jaycees are hosting their Drinks for a Claus Friday, December 8th at Dolans Bar B Que from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. This holiday event is a benefit for the Teal House, Statesboro Regional Sexual Assult and Child Advocacy Center. The Jaycee's are looking to bring good tidings and cheer to everyone in attendance as well as those in need this holiday season. Ugly Christmas sweaters are encouraged! Yard Sale - Fixing the Boro
The holiday season is all about giving! Take some time this Saturday, December 9th to check out the Fixing the Boro Yard Sale! The money from the yard sale goes directly into the Fixing the Boro rescue fund to help local animals around Statesboro-Bulloch County. Items include clothing, accessories, toys, holiday decor, and miscellaneous homegoods.The yard sale is at Fixing the Boro and runs from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Cookies and Cocoa with Santa
Are your children interested in seeing Santa a little early this year? Would they like to eat cookies and craft at the same time? Check out the Bulloch County Agricultural Complex Saturday December 9th for Cookies and Cocoa with Santa. The event runs from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. The cost of attendance is $25 which includes cookies, cocoa, crafts and pottery. Don't forget it's a great way to snap a picture with Santa!
Breakfast with Santa
Speaking of Santa, he is a busy guy this time of the year. The Statesboro Regional Public Library is hosting Breakfast with Santa this Saturday, December 9th from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Kids can eat breakfast and take photos with Santa.This event is for children aged 2-11. There are limited spots available and registration is required so don't wait! You can scan the QR code on the events calendar listing below or stop by and register in person at the Statesboro-Bulloch County library. Phone calls will not count as registration.
A Very Merry Mercantile Christmas
Statesboro Mercanatile is hosting their very own Christmas Open House! This event is a great way to check out the new store and enjoy some community Christmas Cheer! There will be pop up vendors, giveaways and refreshments. Not to mention, it's a great way to support local businesses and shop small this Christmas! Statesboro Mercantile is located at 28 South Zetterower Ave. The open house runs from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
