ONE Series: Youth: Reid Hill

Reid Hill is scheduled to perform at the Emma Kelly Theater as part of the ONE Series: Youth. Hill will perform on Thursday, March 27th at 7:30pm.

Hill is in his junior year at Southeast Bulloch High School, while beginning dual enrollment classes at Georgia Southern University. An avid musician, Reid utilizes his piano proficiency to serve the Bulloch County community.

A volunteer at Southern Manor, he has been entertaining their residents for 5+ years. Additionally, Reid volunteers as a substitute pianist at his home church, Emit Grove Baptist. At school, he serves as Treasurer for the Beta Club (an academic service organization) and is a member of the SEB Student Council. Outside of school, he assists on his family’s farm and has worked part-time at Statesboro’s First Baptist Church, helping with event setup and light maintenance.

Reid began piano at the age of 6, studying with Elizabeth Forbes and, currently, Michael Braz (with whom he shared the Averitt stage several years ago). Honored to be a part of the ONE series, Reid looks forward to sharing a portion of his concert repertoire with the Averitt audience in this upcoming presentation.

Tickets to attend this event are free to the public, however attendees will need to select their seats beforehand. You can do so here.
