TrenDee Collection Boutique will host a grand opening for its new storefront this Saturday, June 29, from noon to 6pm in Statesboro. The store is located at 7 North Zetterower Avenue, Suite A.
Owner Dee Pinckney and her teenage daughters started the business as an e-commerce women's boutique during the pandemic. Pinckney says the store has become known for its soft, comfortable clothing that can provide looks for the "everyday woman" for girls night, lounging, date night, the office, and more. They carry a range of sizes, from 0-24.
With the help of her daughters, Pinckney enjoys running the boutique as an extension of the passion she has always had for the creative.
"I love all things girly, whether it's hair, interior design, or putting outfits together," she said. "I think it's just the fabric of who I am."
Celebrating four years in business online, Pinckney and her daughters have found themselves spending lots of time meeting customers out in the community to deliver orders and chat, so they decided to expand into a retail location.
"We currently have great success online, but we want to provide a personable shopping experience to customers and expand our brand," Pinckney said. "We are blessed to be able to serve our customers at a convenient location in town with good parking."
Pinckney and her daughters are excited to bring the "TrenDee" experience to more women in Statesboro with the new location.
"I have been an entrepreneur and a creative mind since I was a young girl," she shared. "I always dreamed of having a place where women from all aspects of life could come together for laughs, enjoyment, and a full makeover. What makes our boutique unique is our personal connection with our customers. It's not just about a cute, classy, 'tren-dee' outfit, but catering to the need of each customer and providing quality clothing and accessories that they can wear for any occasion."
The Pinckneys invite the community to stop by for a Saturday of shopping and refreshments, with special guest The Artsy Girl, to celebrate the new venture.
