BoroFest comes around once a year and aims to bring the Statesboro community downtown. This year's festival on July 13 lasted from 3pm to 9pm along E. Vine St. and had performances by Space Gator and other talented artists here in the community.
The hot summer evening didn't keep the community from coming down and having fun. There were more than a handful of vendors who provided goods and crafts to promote their services.
Some of the shopping vendors out on Saturday were Planted Blooms, Dub me Fetch, Art By AR'BI, Boro Candle, The Bees' Knees, The 'Boro Soapery, Virginia Luxe Boutique, Links by Olivia, Coastline 3D Printing LLC, and more.
Not only that, but if you know a good time in downtown Statesboro, they make sure you don't leave hungry.
The food vendors on tap were BoroSno, Sunboy Spiked Coconut Water, Tandoor & Tap, Lobster Dogs, Wavee Shavee Ice, BigDog SnowCones, Rolly's Taqueria, Cool Beanz Espresso Bar, Elkhabtib's Mediterranean Sizzle, The Saucy Shrimp, Froyo Bean Collective, Jonny Boy Cookies, Brewed Awakenings, Cool Kats Cuisine, Bearded Pig BBQ, Say Squeeze Lemonade, Treats & Sweets, Frencheese, Sugar Magnolia, Bowtie Barbeque and Kings Concessions.
