EGRMC welcomes first baby of the new year

A baby girl named Adelyn is the first baby born in 2025 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.

East Georgia Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce that the first baby born in the 2025 New Year was a baby girl named Adelyn. 

Adelyn made her arrival early in the morning on January 1, 2025. 

"We wish Adelyn and her family good health, wellness and happiness for many years to come. Congratulations on delivering a healthy and beautiful New Year's baby girl here at EGRMC!" the hospital shared in a statement.
