While it is a public ceremony, we are obligated to follow the purpose and intent of Governor Kemp’s Executive Oder pertaining to gatherings. We have allotted a few spaces for media personnel near the Jurors Area.
In addition, temperatures will be taken by Court Security to gain entrance. Masks will be required unless there is a medical or religious reason for not doing so. Social distancing is encouraged elsewhere in congregating and seating to the extent possible. Sanitation stations will be available. Also, between ceremonies the courtroom and public areas will be sanitized.
