The Boys and Girls Club of Bulloch County is excited to introduce Anthony “Rocky” Phillips as the new CEO of its organization. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across various sectors, including business management and military operations, Rocky brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to community service to this role.
Rocky is deeply passionate about youth development and is dedicated to creating opportunities for young people to succeed in all areas of their lives.
Prior to joining the Boys and Girls Club of Bulloch County, Rocky served as the General Manager of Quicken Steel in Claxton, where he led the company to significant growth and operational excellence. Under his leadership, the company expanded its market presence, improved profitability, and cultivated a positive workplace culture.
Rocky's experience also includes a distinguished military career, where he managed complex operations and training programs, ensuring the success and safety of teams in high-pressure environments.
