Leslie Akins, Bulloch County Tax Commissioner, wants to remind Bulloch County citizens that Bulloch County property taxes are due on December 1, 2024. However, since December 1st falls on a Sunday, the deadline to pay your 2024 property taxes with no interest or penalty has been extended to Monday, December 2, 2024.
With the deadline approaching, they are experiencing very long lines in the Tax Commission office.
Akins wanted to remind citizens that they have a drop box located outside of their office at 113 North Main Street, and they also offer very easy to use online services for both vehicle renewals and property tax payments. The links are included below.
The online e-check option service fee is only $5 per tax bill paid. You will receive a paid receipt immediately. This is much safer than mail and easier than standing in line.
