The Hearts & Hands Clinic is a non-profit organization whose mission and purpose is to promote health and wellness by providing primary medical services free of charge for the adult citizens of Bulloch County who are medically uninsured and whose income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Our purpose is not one of enabling, but to serve the community by providing support for individuals as they seek ways to better themselves. Together we take our hearts and use our hands to inspire by giving hope.
Programs & Services: Services offered include primary medical care, basic dental care, free prescription medication, health education, lab draws, specialty referrals, and women’s health.
The Hearts & Hands Clinic provides free healthcare to Bulloch County residents with chronic conditions who do not have health insurance, are ineligible for Medicaid and Medicare, are 18 years of age or older, and live at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Services offered include primary medical care, basic dental care, free prescription medication, health education, lab draws, specialty referrals, and women’s health.
