Scott Fouch, PA-C is a native of Kokomo, IN and graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University, class of 1998. Scott has an extensive medical background having worked as a Physician Assistant in Emergency/Trauma Medicine at a Level 2 Trauma Center in Columbus, GA x 7 years, then in Critical Care/Internal Medicine/Pulmonary Medicine/Sleep Medicine in Dickson, TN (outside of Nashville) x 5 years. From there he moved back to GA working in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery in Macon x 4 years. He has been practicing Urgent Care Medicine in the Savannah area, now primarily in Statesboro, x ~10 years.
Scott is married to his high-school sweetheart x 35 years, and they have three adult children spread across the U.S.
Scott is also serving in the Tennessee Air National Guard in good standing as the Senior Advanced Practice Practitioner with the rank of Lt. Colonel. He has served 35.5 years total, 7 of them Active-Duty Air Force.
Scott maintains medical licensure in the states of Georgia and Florida. He also maintains several certifications to include Basic Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Burn Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.
